Family and Medical
Leave of Absence Policy

Regent University will comply with the Family and Medical Leave Act implementing Regulations as revised effective January 16, 2009. The university posts the mandatory FMLA Notice and upon hire provides all new employees with notices required by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) on Employee Rights and Responsibilities under the Family and Medical Act in the Human Resources Department. The university also posts the DOL supplementary information concerning Military Family Leave at the same location.
