The Employee Self-Service module allows you real-time access to selected portions of your Regent University employment records. Many areas permit you to change and update personal information to ensure the most current data is on record. However, there are protected areas within the Employee Self-Service module that only allow you to view information.
Using your MyRegent ID and password, you may gain access to this service via your MyRegent portal ( http://my.regent.edu ). Once logged in, click on the Genisys icon to access the secure Employee Self-Service module. All information you view and/or update through Genisys is protected via secure transactions. To increase the security of your records, you should verify the strength and secrecy regarding your MyRegent password. If you have any uncertainty about either one, please visit http://www.regent.edu/password to change your MyRegent password.
The first time you access the Employee Self-Service module, you will notice that no Emergency Contact information is shown. PLEASE ENTER THIS INFORMATION prior to exiting the module so that our records reflect the most up-to-date information. We also request that you verify your address(es) and phone number(s) fields and make changes if the current information is incorrect. Lastly, please verify all other information we have on record including your Marital Status.
PAPER FORMS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED AND PROCESSED BY HR FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION CHANGES THAT CAN BE MADE BY EMPLOYEES VIA THE ON-LINE SELF-SERVICE MODULE.
If you have trouble logging into your MyRegent portal or cannot access the secure Genisys icon, please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance. Please direct any employee issues concerning benefits or payroll to Human Resources and/or the Business Office.
