Duties include, but are not limited to, running a register, assisting customers, stocking, and maintaining a clean sales floor. Experience in shipping and receiving a plus! Needed:

Required Skills and Abilities:

•  Advanced technical computer skills
•  High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
•  Excellent planning and organization skills
•  Demonstrate experience with Blackboard system
•  Communicate well with others both verbally and in writing
•  Organize and prioritize workload in order to meet necessary deadlines

Primary Tasks will Include:

•  Creating/maintaining Blackboard courses
•  Maintain accurate documentation of course development and archival processes in Blackboard
•  Adept at troubleshooting Blackboard user problems
•  Responding to student and faculty e-mails regarding ongoing Blackboard maintenance issues
•  On occasion you may be required to undertake other duties assigned within Bb.

Start Date: November, 2009

•  The person maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with course content
•  Must be a graduate student!

$9.00 per hour

IT-Help Desk Graduate Assistant/Student Worker 09/28/09
Needed:

GA/Student worker to answer first level Help Desk calls. Some weekend work is required. Experience in Office 2007, Windows XP, and basic troubleshooting skills required. Applicant must be reliable and have excellent customer service skills.
