Pastor of Church Development:

1. Support the Senior Pastor in the accomplishment of the church’s vision through counsel, decision making and ministry advancement

2. Equip the pastoral team through coaching, training and discipleship

3. Develop and maintain excellence in all church programs and ministries

4. Oversee the church’s finances and accounting department

5. Develop an annual strategic plan with accompanying goals to advance the church’s vision

6. Advocate the church’s core value of trans-ethnicity

7. Develop and manage the multi-site and multi-venue infrastructure

8. Create a church-wide marriage ministry

9. Help lead weekend services

The Pastor of Church Development is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team - which consists of the Senior Pastor, Operations Pastor, Pastor of Worship and Pastor of Church Development

The Pastor of Church Development must have ten years of pastoral ministry experience, a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university - Master’s work in Biblical studies is a plus, a proven track record of effective leadership and godly character, and a passion for the multi-ethnic church.  A proven background in finance management is a necessity.

We're looking for a leader (guy or girl) to join our mission and have a blast worshiping the Lord at 316 while getting your education at Regent. Requirements include being a growing passionate follower and worshipper of Jesus and in love with His church; musical talent; willingness to become a part of our church during your time with us.

Responsibilities include planning songs for Sunday worship service, leading a weekly practice of our praise band, giving oversight to the praise and worship band in terms of planning and communication, assisting with Sunday morning sound equipment set-up and tear-down, develop a knowledge of setting up and running our sound board, recruiting and equipping volunteer musicians and sound technicians, attending a weekly worship planning meeting with the pastor and most of all leading our people into the presence of the Lord through music on Sunday morning.

316 Church will celebrate four years of ministry this Spring. We planted this church in Hickory High School which is approximately 12 miles south of Regent University. Our worship service meets in the main auditorium Sunday's at 10:00 a.m.

We are a non-denominational contemporary ministry looking to create a main stream contemporary music ministry for those living in the Hickory area. Our leadership has a Baptist background and worship style similar to guys like Andy Stanley, Louie Giglio, and what you would find at the Passion Conferences that Louie started a few years back.

Advertising Account Executive:

The Account Executive for Charisma Media’s Advertising department will persuade companies and ministries to advertise in Charisma Media’s products as an effective way to reach their marketing objectives. To generate business for the company that is equal to or greater than the budgeted revenue.

The ideal candidate will be a person who can successfully sell print and digital advertising to the Christian and secular Market. Experience in selling online advertising is preferred.
