The Pastor of Church Development is not responsible to oversee the support staff, building and grounds staff, technical support team, human resources, or volunteer teams. The Pastor of Church Development must have ten years of pastoral ministry experience, a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university - Master’s work in Biblical studies is a plus, a proven track record of effective leadership and godly character, and a passion for the multi-ethnic church. A proven background in finance management is a necessity. |
