| December 4 - 28 | Dates of use for Financial Aid Bookstore Credit (eligible students will be emailed with details) |
| January 1 | 2013/2014 FAFSA released by the Department of Education. Don’t forget to fill out your FAFSA Renewal! |
| January 2 | First disbursement date for federal funds (loans, pell grant) |
| January 3 | Financial Aid Refunds processed for students with credit balances. |
| January 7 | Payment deadline for spring semester First day of classes |
| January 21 | Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (University closed) |
| March 4 - 10 | Spring break (University closed) |
| March 29 | Good Friday (University closed) |
| May 4 | Commencement |
Summer 2013 Important Dates
| April 5 | Non-Federal aid disbursed to Regent student accounts |
| April 9 | One hour Exit Counseling sessions @ 12pm and 6pm in RH 301 (Robertson Hall) |
| April 10 | One hour Exit Counseling sessions @ 12pm (in Library Auditorium) and 6pm (in RH 301 - Robertson Hall) |
| April 15 | First day to use Financial Aid Bookstore Credit (eligible students will be emailed with details) |
| April 30 | Last date to use Financial Aid Bookstore Credit |
| May 1 | First disbursement date for federal funds (loans, Pell grant) |
| May 2 | Financial Aid Refunds processed for students with credit balance |
| May 6 | Payment deadline for summer semester First day of classes |
| May 27 | Memorial Day (University closed) |
| June 17 | Payment deadline if registered in Session F (Undergraduate) First day of Session F classes |
| July 4 | Independence Day (University closed) |
