Academic Competiveness Grant (ACG)
Regent University participates in the Federal Academic Competiveness Grant Program for undergraduate students.
To be considered for eligibility:
In order to receive the Academic Competitiveness Grant a student must complete the FAFSA (www.fafsa.ed.gov
). You must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible non-citizen; be a Federal Pell Grant recipient; be enrolled in a degree seeking program; be enrolled in the first or second academic year of a program at a two or four year institution; have completed a rigorous secondary school program of study in 2005 or later (GED recipients are not eligible). If you are in your first year, you should not have been previously enrolled. If you are in your second year, you must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA from the first academic year, and you must have completed at least 30 credits.
Amount Awarded:
$750 during the first academic year
$1,300 during the second academic year
