Direct Deposit

What is Direct Deposit?
Direct deposit is the automatic crediting of your net pay into your personal checking and/or savings account. It is mandatory for all University employees.

What are the benefits of having direct deposit?

  • It is automatic.
  • No waiting in line at the bank.
  • No scrambling if you are out of town or on vacation.
  • Saves transfer of funds if you use more than one account. Deposits can be directed to a checking and a savings account.
  • Eliminates the hassle of losing checks and waiting for a replacement.

How do I sign up?
Login to the MyRegent Portal and click the Genisys icon. Select "Employee Services " on the Main menu. Select "Pay Information" on the Employee menu. Select "Direct Deposit Allocation" on the Pay Information menu.
