Wholesale Club Memberships
Regent University has two wholesale club memberships that are available for university purchases, COSTCO (preferred vendor) and Sam's Club. The university receives a rebate on total purchases from Costco; all schools and departments are encouraged to use the COSTCO card when feasible.
To ensure availability, please reserve the card one week in advance by submitting the Wholesale Club Request Form to purchasing@regent.edu.
Please return the wholesale club card, original receipt and Wholesale Card Information Sheet within the 24 hours or, the next business day, NO EXCEPTIONS. Each department/organization is allowed up to three infractions before the use of the wholesale club cards is revoked. The cards are nontransferable and must be used by the person reserving the card out. Cost center purchasing individual memberships without approval from Purchasing will not be reimbursed for the cost of membership.
First-time users will be asked to sign and submit a usage agreement.
