Wholesale Club Memberships
COSTCO and Sam's Club are wholesale distributorships where a large variety of goods are purchased in bulk quantities and sold at a lower cost than most companies. Company cards for COSTCO and Sam's Club are available for university purchases through the Purchasing Office. To ensure availability, please reserve the card one day in advance by contacting the Purchasing Office at x4006 or by emailing purchasing@regent.edu. Cards checked out one day must be returned the next business day with authorized signature and cost center coded receipts. Please contact the Purchasing Office (x4006) for availability. Cost Centers purchasing individual memberships without approval from Purchasing will not be reimbursed for the cost of membership.
First-time users will be asked to sign a usage agreement. This agreement states, "I agree not to purchase personal items on the Club Purchasing Card. I will return all receipts with the Cost Center to be charged, Signature of Party Authorized to Charge, Cost Center, and the Purpose or Function purchases were used for, along with the Card, to Purchasing as soon as possible."
