Media Buying Procedures

Regent's long-time policy requires that all advertising buys (and the issuance of Purchase Orders for advertising) be placed by the university marketing department.

When Marketing is the central clearinghouse for scheduling, ad insertion and payment, consistency is maintained in ad placement and rate schedules charged to the university.

All school recruitment and marketing directors are welcome to participate in the media buying process. The marketing department invites your attendance at meetings with vendors. Your contribution is vital to the success of the overall campaign.
