Business Reply Mail (BRM) has strict guidelines that we must follow because each piece is sent through USPS automation equipment for accounting purposes. There are unique 23464-99xx zip codes and respective barcodes for those zip codes. Each unique zip code is for either postcard or a letter. Creative Marketing has all the artwork for designing BRM.
