CPC0810 - A Proactive Perspective on Project Management

Learn to proactively recognize the early signs of project trouble and implement the "better practices" to recover and bring a project back on track.

CPC0820 - Projects, Customers and Vision Alignment

Pursue projects in alignment with the higher purpose and direction of your organization. The questions that should be asked during project initiation and early planning are: How is this project adding value to our organization? Is it aligned with our organizational vision? Is it the result of leveraging customer/user's input in gathering requirements?

CPC0830 - Managing the Project Management Life Cycle

Acquire the knowledge and understanding to readily apply the tools and techniques of sound project management best practices. As business management increases in complexity and as budgets get tighter, the discipline of project management becomes increasingly instrumental to delivering successful projects within budgets, on time, and with the expected results or outcomes.

CPC0840 - The Leadership Dimension of Project Management

Apply practical concepts and ethical principles of leadership in order to foster a project management environment that encourages transformation resulting in both individual and corporate growth. If project management is a science, project leadership is an art; learn about the leadership behaviors a leader is to demonstrate in order to build relationships, deliver results and ensure continuity.

CPC0850 - Taking the Next Step and Getting Certified

In an increasingly “projectized” world generating a high-demand for experienced and qualified project managers, the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification ensures that project managers are ready to meet the demands of projects across industries and across the globe; register in this course to: explore the types of certifications and their requirements, explore the components of the Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK) - 5th ed., assess your exam readiness, review practical study techniques and review the steps to pursue the certification.
