  • CPC0820 - Projects, Customers and Vision Alignment
Pursue projects in alignment with the higher purpose and direction of your organization. The questions that should be asked during project initiation and early planning are: How is this project adding value to our organization? Is it aligned with our organizational vision? Is it the result of leveraging customer/user's input in gathering requirements?

  • CPC0840 - The Leadership Dimension of Project Management

  • CPC0850 - Taking the Next Step and Getting Certified
