Online Certificate: Pastoral Leadership Institute

Initially customized for the Potters House International Pastors Association (PHIPA) network, the Pastoral Leadership Institute is designed to provide the most dynamic and relevant training to any individual looking to develop in pastoral and ministry leadership. Through personal leadership development and practical, intensive training sessions pastoral leaders who successfully complete the program will earn a Certificate in Pastoral Leadership from Regent University and participate in a ceremony at the International Pastors and Leaders Conference 2014, officiated by Bishop T.D. Jakes.

Julianne Cenac:
Julianne Cenac Julianne Cenac has 18 years of experience in strategy, organization design, leadership and professional development. Working with nonprofit, commercial and government organizations in the United States, Australia, the Middle East, China, and the Caribbean, she has led and consulted with organizations, designing and launching successful new divisions. Cenac has also helped develop strategies and plans for growth and emerging market opportunities and equipped leaders and professionals to improve organizational and employee performance.

Formerly a senior-level consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, she has worked directly with national and executive leaders within public sector, private sector and nonprofit organizations to transform and restructure institutions affecting up to 200,000 employees. While there, she also served in the firm's world-class Center for Performance Excellence, training new consultants in strategy and organizational assessment. Most recently, she worked within Regent's School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship serving as director of the Center for Effective Organizations.

Bobby Hill, Ed.D.:
Bobby HillDr. Bobby Hill was born and raised in San Marcos, Texas, and has served as a full-time minister for 41 years. His early leadership experience came from serving as a missionary in both Western and Eastern Europe. A pioneer at heart, he went on to plant three large churches in Texas prior to coming to Virginia to attend Regent University.

While living in Chesapeake, VA, he accepted the Senior Pastorate of New Life Christian Fellowship and led its growth from a little over 200 people to over 2,500 in six years as he established 7 congregations using a non-traditional multiplying model. Consequently, the church was listed among the 200 fastest growing churches in North America in 1996 and among the 100 fastest growing congregations in 1997. In 2012, Dr. Hill launched a new church in northern Suffolk, Riverbend Church. Bobby and his wife, Carrie, reside in Suffolk and have two married sons and four grandchildren. He enjoys boating, fishing, travel, reading, cooking, and golf.

Antipas Harris, Ph.D.:
Dr. Antipas HarrisDr. Harris is an ordained ministry within A House of the Living God, Church of Jesus Christ, and is an ordained bishop with the Life Enrichment Ministries International with a Holiness Mission. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Regent University in Practical Theology and Church Ministry. Dr. Harris also serves as the Director of the Youth & Urban Renewal Center at Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA (USA). Prior to Regent University School of Divinity, he an Adjunct Professor of Religious Studies and Philosophy at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT.

Harris has published many book reviews, articles, journals, chapters and books. His most recent being, “Holy Spirit, Holy Living,” and “For Such a Time as This: Re-imaging Practical Theology for Independent Pentecostal Churches” published in 2010.

Antipas holds a Doctor of Ministry in Practical Theology (Church and Society) from Boston University School of Theology, a Masters of Sacred Theology from Yale University Divinity School, a Masters of Divinity from Candler School of Theology (Emory University), and a Bachelors of Arts in Creative Music Technologies and Religion from LaGrange College where he graduated with cum laude honors.

Eric Majette:

Eric MajetteEric Majette is the Founder and President of the Christian Business Chamber of America (The fastest growing Christian Chamber across the Nation). He is also the  Founder and Senior Pastor of Guiding Light Church International. He received his Bachelors degree from Norfolk State University with a concentration in Marketing and a Masters of Divinity Degree in 2009.  

He is currently the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Air Britt, LLC as well as 25% owner. Air Britt is the latest Air Chamber Technology company in the orthopedic brace industry. Prior to his role at CBC, he rose to the top of the corporate level as a senior sales executive at several fortune 500 companies such as Verizon Business and Xerox. He has more than 25 years of experience as a successful senior corporate sales and business development executive. His expertise is in launching new products and solutions across multiple industries. As a principle-centered and progressive leader with strong team building and interpersonal skills, he is a six-time President's Club winner with the Xerox Corporation. He is also a seasoned professional in training, managing and growing revenue within Federal, Public Sector, Commercial and Major Account markets. He is known as a true trendsetter as a pastor, entrepreneur, educator, community and marketplace leader.

Carlton Reed:
Carlton Reed After fourteen years in the field of sales and customer service management, Carlton Reed embarked upon a career in professional training and motivational speaking with thousands being impacted by his unique brand of inspirational-styled training. As a certified trainer with Fred Pryor Seminars and CareerTrack, Carlton received awards for his training excellence by consistently exceeding clients’expectations. He later became a featured speaker with National Seminars/ Rockhurst University.

Carlton is the founder and CEO of Great Expectations Seminars, Inc., a company whose mission is to empower individuals to take inventory of their lives and maximize their potential by providing a seminar experience that is inspirational, dynamic, interactive, and unforgetable. Bruce Winston, Ph.D.:Bruce Winston

Bruce Winston, Ph.D. has been a part of Regent University since 1991, both with the School of Business and the School of Business & Leadership (SBL). He has led the school as dean for seven years and has also served as interim director for the Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership program. He currently serves as a professor teaching in the Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Doctor of Strategic Leadership programs.
As a lecturer and consultant in the U.S., Canada, Europe and South Africa, Dr. Winston's expertise is in leadership, organizational development, university administration and strategic foresight. He also enjoys speaking and teaching in the areas of communication, quality improvement and marketing. Prior to his academic career of more than 22 years at Regent University, he led organizations in the commercial printing industry for 13 years.

Dr. Winston's research interests include servant leadership, organizational development and transformation, leadership development, distance education, and technology in higher education
