Note: This certificate is non-credit but it does qualify for continuing education and professional development units.
This course is designed with one purpose in mind: to assist you in proactively acquiring the knowledge and understanding to readily apply the tools and techniques of sound project management best practices. As business management increases in complexity and as budgets get tighter, the discipline of project management becomes increasingly instrumental to delivering successful projects within budgets, on time, and with the expected results or outcomes.
