"Leadership is all about people." This is not only a motto for Retired Brigadier General Dick Abel, but a standard by which he lives and teaches. This comprehensive program is designed to equip professionals with the tools required to be efficient and effective as lifelong leaders. Throughout his course, Dick Abel challenges students to live as forerunners with others in mind, and demonstrates eighteen practical characteristics that will strengthen and expand leadership skills.
