Help Desk
The Help Desk is a part of Regent’s Information Technology department. Visit the Help Desk with your questions about Blackboard™, e-mail, Genisys, or any other Regent University computer system. In the Help Desk section you will also find links to documentation and frequently asked questions.
Library
The Regent University Library offers numerous resources to distance students.
- Search databases, a number of which are full text, and the library catalog from the Regent University Library website.
- Obtain forms to request books held in the Regent University Library collection and journal articles on the Interlibrary loan (ILL) web pages, found under Services on the library website.
- E-mail or call the reference desk or Subject Specialist Librarians for assistance and consultation at 888.249.1822 or reference@regent.edu. Or go to the reference section of the library website to obtain the contact information of a particular librarian.
Writing Center
One-on-one writing assistance is available through the University Writing Center in Student Services. Consultations are given over the phone to distance students. For more information, visit the University Writing Center’s website.
Bookstore
Visit the University Bookstore virtually! Order you textbooks online through our secure website, and have them delivered to your door.
