Meet the Director
Dr. Bobby Hill has 37 years of leadership experience in church planting, pastoral ministry and leadership development. In addition to leading Regent's Center for Christian Thought & Action, he serves as the international director for Vanguard Ministry, a worldwide network of ministry leaders. His passion for leadership development has resulted in global initiatives and ministry in more than 30 countries with broad recognition as a conference speaker and trainer. Hill has consulted with church and nonprofit clients as a senior consultant with The Hill Consulting Group providing strategic and practical solutions to improve their spiritual and organizational health. He serves as a mentor and coach for many leading pastors and ministry leaders. Hill received an M.A. in Practical Theology from Regent University and a doctorate in organizational leadership with a concentration in nonprofit management from Nova Southeastern University. Organizational and personal performance, servant leadership, church planting movements, leadership development and visionary leadership are among his areas of research. Hill and his wife, Carrie, reside in Suffolk, Va., and have two married sons and four grandchildren.
