New Employee Info

Congratulations on your new appointment and welcome to Regent University! May God richly bless your work here. Although this website is a start, the Faculty Handbook and the Employee Handbook are your complete guide to all Regent employment policies and procedures. Please be sure to look both over carefully.

As a new employee at Regent you will need to work closely with Human Resources to ensure you complete the necessary paperwork and attend the New Employee Orientation. If you are eligible for benefits you will need to attend a benefits briefing to learn about and enroll in benefit programs. These programs include, but are not limited to: health care plan, retirement plan, flexible spending accounts, and life insurance. You will also want to take some time to read the information available on the Human Resource website:

  • Employee Orientation
This page gives you access to information you need to know before attending the New Employee Orientation.
  • Employee Information
From awards to travel to emergency weather, this site contains important information about HR's policies.

Need to contact a fellow Regent University employee? Search the online employee directory. There is also a link for a printable copy of the entire directory.
