The Help Desk
The Help Desk is your initial point of contact for the Information Technology Department. If you are having problems accessing any Regent systems (Genisys, Blackboard, E-mail, etc.), need your password reset, or are having difficulties with a Regent University computer, the Help Desk is here to help! The Help Desk is open from 8am - 5pm M-F for walk up assistance and 8am - 10pm M-F for over the phone assistance. Email at email@example.com or call at 757.352.4076.
