Academic Council

Academic Council exercises overall supervision of the academic affairs of the university. It recommends to the president the adoption and/or the deletion of the academic policies that govern the university, as well as academic programs. The vice president for academic affairs serves as chairman.

Academic Council is composed of the following members:

  • Vice president for academic affairs,
  • Associate vice president for academic affairs,
  • Deans and academic deans of the various schools,
  • Dean of the university libraries,
  • Director of the law library,
  • Executive director of enrollment and academic services registrar,
  • Faculty Senate representative,
  • Special assistant to the vice president for academic affairs, and
  • Executive assistant to the vice president for academic affairs.
