Regent Commons- on-campus student apartments

Regent Commons, the University’s new student housing is available to single students and married couples without children who are attending Regent University full-time. While offering limited on-campus apartments, Regent does not provide traditional dormitories or a complete resident life component found at many colleges and universities. Students can enjoy limited extracurricular and social activities, weekly chapels, intramural sports, and various academic and social clubs and organizations.

Regent Commons Features:

• 206 fully-furnished apartments
• Floor plans include studio, one-bedroom, and four-bedroom suites.
• Conveniently located on campus and easily accessible to all campus facilities.
• Shuttle service is available

Requirements:

• Housing will be made available on a first come first served basis initiated from the waiting list.
• Housing is ONLY available to full-time students.
• For new students, no housing offer will be made until applicant has been accepted and paid the $50 enrollment deposit.
• If housing is offered, students will be required to pay an application fee and housing deposit.
• Student Housing applications will only be processed from those persons who have been accepted to Regent University and paid their school enrollment deposit.
• Housing is not available for undergraduate students with children or dependents.
