Freshmen Residential Admissions Deadlines
All first-time freshmen who live outside of a 25-mile radius of campus and are intending to study on campus full-time are required to live on campus.* In order to receive guaranteed priority housing in the Commons residence halls, students must have the following steps completed by May 1st. We will still accept first-year freshmen applications after this deadline, but want to emphasize that we cannot guarantee housing in the Commons after May 1st.
- Step 1: Must be an accepted student into Regent University
- Step 2: After acceptance is confirmed, must submit the combined online enrollment agreement and housing application and pay appropriate deposits online (if applicable)
Our goal with this process is to ensure that all first-year freshmen receive guaranteed housing in the Commons, Regent's most desirable on-campus living community. The Commons are our luxury-style, full-furnished apartments that offer an unparalleled living experience just steps from the heart of campus.

*First-year freshmen who want to live off campus must first check their eligibility status before they submit a formal housing appeal to the Associate Dean of Students. The appeal must be submitted to the Undergraduate Student Services office no later than May 1st.
