Orientation Leader Application
Responsibilities for Summer Orientation Leader (OL) Positions:
- Attend and fully participate in training and all orientation events (see dates below)
- Serve as a positive role model
- Housing provided during training and orientations
- Be available to work for the ENTIRE duration of orientation (June 18 - 29, 2012)
- Maintain enthusiasm and ensure participation at all orientation events
Qualifications for Employment:
- Leadership potential
- Positive communication skills
- Desire to work with students, family, faculty and staff
- Dedication to helping others
- Love of Regent University academics and campus life
- Integrity and ethical decision-making abilities
- Problem solving abilities
- Must have a cumulative 2.75 GPA during the time of application
- Must have one letter of recommendation (letters accepted from former or current employers, pastors, Regent faculty, staff, or RAs)
- Must be able to document ability to work in the United States (see page 5 of this pdf
for acceptable documentation)

| March 26-29 | OL individual interviews |
| April 3 | Decisions emailed |
| April 6 (by 5:00 p.m.) | Contracts due to Undergrad Student Services (CRB 103) |
| April 13 (9:00-11:00 a.m.) | Spring training |
| June 18 (8:00-10:30 a.m.) | Move-in Commons |
| June 18-20 | Summer training (will begin on June 18 at 11:00 a.m.) |
| June 21-29 | Orientation |
