Bernie Bannin received his B.S. degree from Creighton University in Computer Science and a M.A, (72 hour pre-doctoral) degree in Biblical Interpretation from Regent University. He is currently enrolled in Regent's School of Education higher education doctoral program. Bernie understands the importance of setting educational goals and working with an educational plan. He believes that the Spirit of Truth guides us into all knowledge and understanding but that God also places strategic people in our lives to assist us in the process. Bernie counts it a privilege to assist students at Regent University and hopes to be one of those pivotal people in students' lives.

Matthew Brake completed his undergraduate work at Elim Bible Institute in Lima, NY. He earned his Master of Divinity from Regent University in 2009. Paulette Cece earned a M.A. in Human Services Counseling and M.Ed. from Regent University, a Bachelor of Religious Education in Pastoral Studies from William Tyndale College, and a B.S. in Education from Central Michigan University where she also received the 30-Hour Continuing Endorsement in Education. She is certified as a Global Career Development Facilitator, Distance Learning Facilitator, Life Coach, and as a Biblical Christian Counselor Paulette will assist students with identifying their academic goals, work through obstacles that may occur, and celebrate their accomplishments. Debra Cotton earned her A.S. in Applied Business from the University of Akron and is currently completing the requirements for a B.S. in Business at Regent University. She enjoys assisting students with integrating with the Regent family and with helping them identify the plans the Lord has for each and every one. Amy DeLay is originally from Pensacola, FL. She received her B.S. in Language Arts from Samford University and a M.Ed. In Higher Education & Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina. Her background of experience working at the University of Notre Dame and Emory University in areas of Admission, Financial Aid, Campus Visits, and Leadership Programs has developed her passion for overseeing student success in higher education. Leon Dunning earned an M.A. in Practical Theology from Regent University and a B.S. in Business Administration, with a double major in Management and Marketing from Appalachian State University. Leon has practical experience within both the local church in pastoral roles as well as public- and private-sector business experience. April Olson earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from Valdosta State University. In 2006, after six years as a fitness professional, she felt called to cross-cultural ministry and enrolled in Regent University School of Divinity where she earned a Master of Arts in Missiology. As an academic advisor, she looks forward to serving students and connecting them to people and resources that will promote academic success and community. Moreover, she endeavors to assist students with academic planning and to encourage each one to complete their academic journey. Reneldo Randall received his B.S. degree from The University of Virginia's College at Wise with a major in Computer Information Systems and his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Strayer University. Reneldo enjoys working with individuals to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. He recalls how influential the staff at his undergraduate institution was in his life, and he hopes to have the same influence. Reneldo knows where his strength comes from and is careful to give God all the glory. He is certain that working in higher education is his mission and thanks God for sending him to Regent.

Sarah Roberson earned her B.S. in Psychology from Liberty University in 2007 and a M.A. in School/Community Counseling from Regent University in 2009. She received her NCC (Nationally Certified Counselor) credentialing in 2009 and has worked in several Virginia schools as a Behavioral Counselor. Lamont Sellers earned a B.A. from Shaw University in Secondary Mathematics Education and a M.A. from the University of Denver in Higher Education Administration with an emphasis in Student Development. He has been a high school math teacher, multicultural student success coordinator, multicultural affairs administrator, national presenter, and advisor. Lamont continues his quest to fulfill the call of God on his life through education and teaching, professionally and personally. "Every day that I have is a gift that I dare not take for granted. George Taylor is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Renewal Studies with an emphasis in the History of Global Christianity at Regent University. Jacob Tousignaut graduated in 2010 from Regent University with a B.S. in Global Business. Currently, he is completing the requirements for a M.Ed. in TESOL at Regent University-School of Education. He brings to academic advising valuable experience that he gained from working in the Regent bookstore and Regent business office.
