  4. PM: Field Trip and Presentation - Marine Corps Security Cooperation Group, Joint Expeditionary Base Ft. Story, VA.

Tuesday

  1. AM/PM: Field Trip - United States Air Force, Langley AFB, VA. Tour, presentations, and lunch on-site.
  2. PM: Field Trip - United States Coast Guard Base Support Unit (BSU). Portsmouth, VA.

Wednesday

  1. AM: Presentation – Brian Samuels, Assistant United States Attorney, Department of Justice, Norfolk, VA
  2. AM/PM: Field Trip - ACADEMI Training Center, Moyock NC. Campers will get a complete tour of this largest private training center in the country including observing training on-site and program briefs from some of the industry's leading experts. Lunch on-site. 
  3. PM: Presentation, Activity and Q&A. “Brief lecture on Forensic Science” & Practical Crime Scene Investigation Activity. Helen Lake, Forensic Scientist, Virginia Department of Forensic Science, Eastern Lab, Norfolk, VA. 

Thursday

  1. AM: Demonstration - Polygraph Demonstration, Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
  2. AM: Presentation – Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Norfolk, VA
  3. PM: Lunch on campus.
  4. PM: Field Trip – Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Norfolk, VA
  5. PM: Tour of Regent University Campus (optional).

Friday

  1. AM: Presentation - “A Brief History of the U.S. Marshals Service.” Deputy United States Marshal, Protective Intelligence Investigator, Eastern District of Virginia.
  2. AM/PM: Field Trip - Virginia Beach Police Bomb Squad, Virginia Beach, VA.
  3. PM: Field Trip - Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk, VA.  Lunch on-site. 
  4. PM: Dinner and Concluding Banquet,  Founders Inn.
