Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Regent University will give a refund only if it can fill the vacated spot from a waiting list. Tuition non-refundable under any other circumstances.
- If full payment is not received prior to Final Enrollment Deadline the camper will lose their spot without a refund.
- Regent University reserves the right to cancel a camp with a full refund if it does not meet the minimum enrollment.
Minimum Enrollments: 35 - Regent University's camp is filled on a first-paid basis. All enrollment is subject to availability and the successful deposit of enrollment funds.
- Deadline for Early Registration: June 1, 2009
- Deadline for Final Registration and Complete Payment: July 1, 2009
- Maximum enrollment: 45
Discounts
- Regent University / CBN: $50 off full price (if before June 1, $250; if after June 1, $300)
- HLSDA, CHROME, Oaktree, HEAV: 25% discount if registered before June 1, 2009 ($300 - $75 off the camp cost = $225) and 15% discount if registered after ($350 - 52.50 off the camp cost = $297.50)
