The Associate of Arts in Human Resources online degree provides students with a solid foundation in the liberal arts from which the fundamentals of human resource management can be laid. Students will learn about collective bargaining, human resource strategy, compensation and personnel law through courses based on Christian principles and taught by experienced faculty.
Upon completion of this online associate's degree, this degree also provides a seamless path for those wishing to continue their education and pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business or Organizational Leadership & Management degree. All online credits from the associate's degree transfer into Regent's four-year bachelor's programs.
