Christian Leaders for Changing the World
The Department of Organizational Leadership equips students with the technical competence, communication skills, and relations skills, and the confidence in critical thinking and innovative decision making to meet the global leadership challenges of the twenty-first century. The members of the faculty draw on an extensive amount of experience as leaders in business, educations, government, and military, and other organizations. The Organizational Leadership and Management major gives students the choice of either a non-quantitative Leadership emphasis or a pre-MBA Management emphasis.
Academic program
The Organizational Leadership Department offers a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership & Management. Students have the choice of either a non-quantitative Leadership emphasis or an Management emphasis. The management emphasis is designed for students considering further work toward the Master of Business Administration or direct entry into a management career.
The Leadership minor is offered to equip students majoring in other disciplines with the leadership competencies required to succeed as leaders in their professional callings. Some Global Business majors also minor in Leadership, for example.
