Biography
In addition to his teaching position with RSU, Dr. Bobby Hill is the founder and senior consultant for The Hill Consulting Group and leads the Center for Christian Thought and Action at Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He has 39 years of leadership experience in church planting, pastoral ministry and leadership development including serving as the current International Director for Vanguard Ministry, a worldwide network of ministry leaders. His passion for leadership development has resulted in global initiatives and ministry in over 30 countries with broad recognition as a conference speaker and trainer. Dr. Hill has consulted with church and nonprofit clients providing strategic and practical solutions to improve their spiritual and organizational health. He serves as a mentor and coach for many leading pastors and ministry leaders. Bobby and his wife, Carrie, reside in Suffolk and have two married sons and four grandchildren. He enjoys boating, fishing, reading, cooking, travel, and golf.
