Biography

Responsible for assisting the Dean for the College of Arts & Sciences to assess and enhance the quality of all undergraduate programs and teaching as well as the implementation of faith-learning approaches to these programs and undergraduate teaching.

Has a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Rochester, and a master's degree in human resource management from Rutgers University. His experience includes serving as an instructional developer and designer with Regent's Center for Teaching and Learning, and as an instructor in the Regent School of Business. Prior to joining Regent, he spent 15 years in HR management primarily implementing and supporting human resource information systems. He and his wife, Kathy, along with their two boys, Ryan and James, live in Chesapeake.
