Biography
Dr. West currently serves Regent University as an adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior and West Negros University (Bacolod, Philippines) in the virtual role of Assistant Research Professor. He also serves General Physics Corporation in the role of Principal Program Management Specialist, most recently in virtual support of various training programs at Cisco Systems. At different periods he has worked in the sale and marketing of real estate, as a broker; and of office equipment, as a sales manager and as a senior account representative. Additionally, he has served as a nuclear trained mechanic on submarines, in the US Navy; where he also qualified as an Organization Effectiveness Consultant and trainer.
