Dr. Emmanuel Ayee's philosophy of Christian higher education is rooted in an understanding of the Kingdom of God. This kingdom is both a present reality and a future hope. Whilst we wait for the consummation of the age, our call is to erect signposts of God's liberating kingdom by the way we live and the way we carry out various cultural activities including Christian higher education. His goal is to educate men and women who obediently respond to God's call for their lives.
Dr. Emmanuel Ayee lived and worked in academia and the corporate world in Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, South Africa, and the United States. He was the Interim Dean for the School of Communication and the Arts, Regent University; Previous Chair of the Department of Communication, College of Arts & Sciences, Regent University; Professor of Communication, Geneva College, Pennsylvania and Dordt College, Iowa. He was the Country Director of an international Organizational Development (OD) consulting firm; Manager of the Communication Department for a large corporation; Chair of the Communication Department of the Association of Evangelicals of Africa; and National Media Consultant for the FAO of the United Nations in Uganda.
