With Regent’s Interdisciplinary Studies program, you will become a state-licensed preK-6 elementary school teacher. Joined by other students and professors who care deeply about children’s education, you will be a part of a hands-on teaching environment designed to equip you as a confident and creative elementary school teacher.
With Regent, you will practice leadership and interpersonal skills, classroom management, and curriculum design with a decidedly Christian approach. You will also learn the best ways to communicate with children, instructing them, using techniques they appreciate and ultimately shaping the way they view education and the world.
Upon graduating with a degree from Regent’s Interdisciplinary Studies program, you will be in a prime position to influence the lives of many young learners in elementary school throughout the state of Virginia.
“Anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf welcomes Me.”
~Jesus of Nazareth
