The Associate of Arts in Human Resources provides students with a solid foundation in the liberal arts from which the fundamentals of Human Resource Management can be laid. Students will learn about collective bargaining, human resource strategy, compensation and personnel law.
Upon completion of this degree, the Associate of Arts also provides a seamless path for those wishing to continue their education and pursue a bachelor's degree in Business or Organizational Leadership and Management. All credits from the associate degree transfer into Regent's four-year bachelor's programs.
