Journal of Global Justice and Public Policy

A forum for Christian perspectives on Global Justice and Public Policy.

Mission

The mission of the Journal is to provide a premier academic forum for the integration of Christian perspectives on issues of public policy and global justice through the publication of legal scholarship. The Journal achieves this mission in the following ways:

1. Publish excellent scholarship demonstrating application of Christian principles to legal issues;
2. Develop professional relationships between Regent University and the legal community;
3. Train Journal members in legal writing and editing; and
4. Equip Journal members for effective leadership in the legal community.

As used in this purpose statement, the term “global justice” encompasses any legal issue of international importance, even if it is expressed in a purely domestic context (for example, a program to reduce human trafficking in a major U.S. city).
