Requirements
J.D. equivalent law degree from an accredited institution outside the U.S.
- Applicants must have achieved one of the following scores on the TOEFL exam: 600 paper-based, 250 computer-based or 100 internet-based.
- LL.M. students must complete 24 credit hours, and maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0, to receive the degree.
Deadlines
Applicants must apply to the law school and be accepted to the LL.M. program, and separately apply to the University to be admitted as an international student. LL.M. students begin study in the fall semester. The following application deadlines are firm and cannot be waived:

Graduates of Handong International Law School (HILS) may begin study in the spring semester. The following deadlines for HILS graduates to begin study in the spring semester are firm and cannot be waived:

Tuition
Tuition for the LL.M. program is consistent with the J.D. program tuition for each academic year (August - July). Tuition for the 2009-2010 academic year is $975 per credit hour.
Law School scholarships will be conisdered on a per-student basis determined by the Admissions committee (no additional application required). Students are responsible for securing appropriate funding through personal and private resources, which may include employers, governments, or foundations.
