International Transcript Requirements

A necessary part of your application includes ORIGINAL FINAL transcripts from all previously attended educational institutions. Our accrediting agency requires official transcripts, which is defined as being received by Regent University in a sealed envelope from the previous educational institution or evaluation agency, not from the student.

All transcripts that are not from an American institution must be evaluated. A course-by-course evaluation is required and the transcript must be converted to the American Grade Point Average system. Transcripts in a language other than English must also include an official English translation. A list of recommended evaluation agencies is listed below to assist you.

The translation and evaluation fees must be paid directly to the agency performing the service.

Transcripts should be sent directly to Regent University from your previous educational institutions or evaluating agency to the following address:

Central Enrollment Management
1000 Regent University Drive
Virginia Beach, VA 23464
Toll Free: 800-373-5504,
Phone: 757-226-4127

Fax: 757-226-4381

Please Remember: We must receive a course-by-course TRANSCRIPT evaluation.

· Regent University School of Law requires an LSAT test score to complete a file. Applicants scoring below 148 on the LSAT test should plan to retest. Applicants must also submit their LSDAS (Law School Data Assembly Service) identification number so we can verify their LSAT (Law School Admission Test) test score. To find out more about testing, please carefully read all information about the test on the website for Law Services at: www.LSAC.org and contact them via e-mail at: LSACinfo@LSAC.org.

· Regent University School of Law will cost about $39,700 per year for one student (this amount includes living expenses).

It is important for international applicants to understand the great financial responsibility of attending graduate school in the U.S. Because Regent University is a graduate institution, all expenses for living (food, housing, transportation, etc.) and for tuition are the student's responsibility. Click here for more information about student expenses.

Financial aid awarded through Regent University to international students cannot be guaranteed and should therefore not be expected.

You will not be eligible to obtain a proper visa to study until the proof of how your education will be paid for is provided. Please carefully read and follow the instructions for providing this information as it is detailed on the Regent University International Student
