International students are required to meet specific admission requirements in addition to those required of U.S. citizens. The visa classification and academic background determine the nature of the requirements.

Please note that it is the applicant's responsibility to comply with deadlines and to submit all required forms, supporting documentation, financial certifications, and current visa documentation. Also be advised that Regent School of Law will only accept transcript evaluations from those organizations listed on the International Student Services website. ![]()

Regent Law School requires a minimum TOEFL test score of 600 (paper); 250 (computer); or 100 (internet). However, if you completed at least two years of study and have an earned undergraduate or graduate degree from an American or British University, you may request a TOEFL waiver from the Director of Admissions.
