Non-institutional and DVA Benefits
All benefits are processed via the Business Office and are included in the student's financial aid package. Students are responsible for determining eligibility and benefit amount with the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA). Regent Law fully participates in benefits offered by the DVA; however, scholarships and grants are not awarded through Regent Law or Regent University.
Regent Law Military Discount
If you do not qualify for DVA benefits, you may qualify for Regent Law's military discount. Regent Law values the service of military members and their families. In recognition of their dedication and talents, qualified students who meet one of the following classifications are eligible for the following tuition discounts:
- Active Duty or Veteran for 25% discount
- Spouse of Active Duty for 15% discount
Only students who are admitted to Regent Law and confirm eligibility will be considered for the military discount. Acceptance of Veterans Benefits or the Yellow Ribbon Program precludes students from qualifying for the military discount. Students who also qualify for a law school grant or scholarship will receive an award that is most beneficial. Hence, a significant scholarship will be awarded in lieu of a military discount. To apply: Submit a copy of your (or spouse's) active duty orders or your honorable discharge DD Form 214 to email@example.com.
All law school awards are subject to Regent Law's Financial Aid Policies & Procedures. Regent University School of Law reserves the right to modify or terminate the Military Discount without prior notice.
