Students in the Robertson School of Government share their love
for God, their passion to be leaders, and their servant heart. Groups
like the Council of Graduate Students (COGS) help build community
through fellowships, prayer breakfasts, and off-campus activities.
RSG has quarterly town hall meetings to identify and discuss student/faculty
issues. Because of small class sizes, students get to know their
professors well, who offer encouragement and prayer for students
both inside and outside of the classroom. RSG has initiated the
Barnabas program to promote mentorship between 2nd year and 1st
year students. All new students are linked with a 'Barnabas', a
second year student selected for their ability to encourage and
uplift others. (See Acts 4:36 and Acts 11:23.) The Barnabas is matched
to new students based on compatibility and campus location.
