Regent Alum Elected Treasurer in Ellis County, Texas
Regent alum Greg Wilhelm (LAW/GOV '99) will become treasurer of Ellis County, Texas. Wilhelm will assume his duties in January 2007. Congratulations Greg Wilhelm!

Regent Alum, McDonnell Confirmed as Commonwealth's
Next Attorney General
After a statewide recount, Regent University alumnus Robert "Bob" McDonnell claimed victory in Virginia's Attorney General race. McDonnell will be inaugurated as the commonwealth's 44th Attorney General on Jan. 14, 2006.

Regent Alum Releases Landmark Book on Spiritual Gifts
Regent Alum and current RSG employee, Bryan Carraway, releases book titled, “Spiritual Gifts”. The book is a comprehensive teaching on thirty spiritual gifts found in the Bible, including the lesser known gifts mentioned in the Old Testament, such as the gifts of worship and the interpretation of dreams.

Regent Alumnus Running for Attorney General of Virginia
Regent Alumnus and Virginia Beach delegate, Bob McDonnell, is running for Attorney General of Virginia. McDonnell has represented the 84th district of Virginia in the House of Delegates since 1992, and is also the Assistant Majority Leader.
