Michael Cromartie directs programs on Evangelicals in Civic Life and Religion & the Media. Besides hosting Radio America’s Faith and Life program, he serves as an adjunct professor at the Reformed Theological Seminary and as an advisory editor for Christianity Today. His writings have appeared in many popular publications, such as WORLD, Washington Times and First Things. His 14 edited books include the award-winning Piety and Politics: Evangelicals and Fundamentalists Confront the World, coedited with Michael Novak. He has also appeared on NPR’s Morning Edition and All Things Considered and NBC Evening News. He earned a B.A. from Covenant College and an M.A. from American University.
