WITHDRAWING FROM UNIVERSITY

Voluntary Withdrawal During a Term

  • Students shall meet with RSG’s dean and secure the dean’s signature on the withdrawal form.
  • Students must satisfy all financial obligations before leaving campus or they will not receive transcripts or be allowed to re-enroll.

Administrative Withdrawal

  • Students who have not attended classes, or distance students who have not participated in instructional events, by the end of the add/drop period will be assumed to have unofficially withdrawn from RSG and will be administratively withdrawn.
  • Students who leave the University during a term without officially withdrawing will be administratively withdrawn and will forfeit fees or deposits paid to the University.

Withdrawn Grades

  • Grades of W (Withdrew) will be posted on students’ transcripts for all courses taken/enrolled in during the term the students withdrew, unless the dean specifies that WF (Withdrew Failing) be posted.
