UNIVERSITY ACADEMIC CALENDAR
RSG SUMMER 2008 DEADLINES:
- Course Withdrawal Deadline – June 17, 2008 : FINAL date that RSG will consider any withdrawal requests.
- Incomplete Approval Deadline – August 6, 2008 : FINAL date that RSG's Dean will consider any incomplete request.
RSG FALL 2008 DEADLINES:
- Course Withdrawal Deadline – October 24, 2008 : FINAL date that RSG will consider any withdrawal requests.
- Incomplete Approval Deadline - December 5, 2008 : FINAL date that RSG's Dean will consider any incomplete request.
To request a course withdrawal: Submit a completed Add/Drop form with faculty signature to the RSG Student Services Office by the appropriate deadline.
To request a course incomplete: Discuss your situation and course progress with your professor and submit a completed Incomplete/Extension form with faculty signature to the RSG Student Services Office before the deadline.
The Dean only considers incomplete requests for situations of medical illness, emergencies or other extreme extenuating situations which are out of the student's control.
ONLINE STUDENTS: May submit forms directly to Student Services (Fax # 757-226-4735). However, the student must FIRST discuss the situation with his/her professor and forward Student Services an email from the professor stating his/her decision. |
