Partnership: Regent University & Virginia Beach City Public Schools
Regent University's School of Education has partnered with VBCPS to offer doctoral cohorts at a discounted rate. The School of Education is committed to provide a collaborative community for higher-level thinking, problem solving and the skills needed to become a future leaders within their own school district. We not only train students with the Virginia Department of Education guidelines but also focus on the specific needs of the Virginia Beach City Public Schools.
VBCPS Employee Benefits Include:
- Access to the Educators are Champions Scholarship: pay for one class and get the second free for the first year of the program
- Special Regent discount for each credit hour for VBCPS students only: $325 per credit hour (regularly $720)
- Virginia Beach City Public Schools Tuition Reimbursement also applicable through the LEAD program
- Flexibility: blended face-to-face and online courses
