Why Regent University?
Regent University was my first and only choice when it came to pursuing the Career Switcher program. I never even applied anywhere else because 1) Regent has an excellent reputation for producing well-educated, faith-based Christian leaders for our society, 2) the staff was extremely solicitous in helping me to assess my qualifications for acceptance, and 3) it is located very close to where I believed the Lord wanted me to live. There were times during the course of application that I spoke to the staff at the D.C. campus more than one time a day and they were always friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging.
Why School of Education?
I chose the school of education because it is my lifelong dream to teach and Regent offers a Career Switcher program that allows a professional from another career to bring their expertise and years of knowledge and experience to a teaching career. However, most importantly Regent offers this program based on the Word of God.
Why Now?
Now because God orchestrated my finding Regent University, gaining acceptance, and bringing me 3000 miles to do His work.
