Why should I take graduate credit ($200) instead of just the workshop option ($99)?

The graduate credit entitles you to one graduate credit per workshop attended. In addition you will obtain 30 licenses renewal points. In the workshop option ($99) you will still receive 10 licenses renewal points and a certificate of completion.

What is the deadline for registering for a workshop ($99)?

You may register online at least three days prior to the class start date at www.regent.edu/mcms

How do I register for graduate credit?

By filling out the registration form for the workshop of your choosing and selecting graduate credit ($200)

Is there extra work when registering for graduate credit ($200) instead of the workshop option ($99)?

Yes. The instructor will contact you via e-mail with specifics to each workshop graduate level requirements. For example, you may be required to compose a reflection paper of how you utilized the course information in your classroom.

Where are the workshops?

Unless specified otherwise, they are on the Regent University campus: 1000 Regent University Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23464

Do I need a parking sticker when on campus?

Yes. After your registration is complete, a parking pass, campus map, and any additional workshop information will be e-mailed to you prior to the workshop. If you have any question in the meantime, feel free to email Charity Mack, Assistant Director, martinsoncenter@regent.edu.

When can I expect to receive my grade for the graduate credit option (for workshops you get a certificate)?

Grades are submitted to the registrar's office at the end of the semester in which the workshop/course has taken place. Fall class participants can expect to receive grades at the end of the Fall semester; Spring class participants, the end of the Spring semester; and Summer class participants, at the end of the Summer semester. How do I obtain a copy of my transcripts?
