When will I register for graduate credit?
You may register online before the class starts at www.regent.edu/pd or on the first day of the workshop/course you are attending by submitting a paper registration form, which will be provided at the first class by the instructor.
How do I register for graduate credit?
Register and pay online via check or credit card (VISA not accepted) at www.regent.edu/pd or at the first day of the workshop/course where you can pay your $200.00 tuition fee via personal check. Additionally, you will meet with a representative from our faculty, who will provide you with a syllabus, an explanation of the project or assignment expectations, and be able to answer any questions you have regarding the process.
How do I receive a receipt for payment so I can be reimbursed by my school?
You can receive a receipt for payment for graduate credit by either visiting the Business Office, located on the first floor of the Administration building at 1000 Regent University Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23464, or by emailing busoff@regent.edu to receive an electronic copy of your receipt via email. Note: Please include your name, the payment amount and course number in your email to the Business Office.
What will be expected from me in order to earn the graduate credit?
You must attend all classes in the course and complete all assignments in the syllabus.
When are all assignments due?
Assignments must be completed by the due dates outlined in the course syllabus. Projects not completed by this time will receive an incomplete (I). The incomplete grade must be satisfied within one calendar year.
When can I expect to receive my grade?
Grades are submitted by the registrar's office at the end of the semester in which the workshop/course has taken place. Fall class participants can expect to receive grades at the end of the Fall semester; Spring class participants, the end of the Spring semester; and Summer class participants, at the end of the Summer semester.
How do I obtain a copy of my transcripts?
