C.S.I. Forensics Camp 2012

June 25-29, 2012
9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.

THE FUTURE IS NOW!

Come, join the fun!  The Martinson Math and Science Center is offering a unique one week summer camp opportunity for middle school students in grades 6-8.  Twenty participants will have a chance to explore forensic science during CSI camp on the campus of Regent University. One effective way to promote children's interest in science is to teach them about forensics. Most children are interested in solving crime mysteries, and they will most likely be fascinated with forensic science. Activities such as learning about crime investigation methods and gadgets, collecting evidence at a crime scene, and studying evidence will help improve children's abilities to apply logical thinking in different situations and find solutions to problems.

You'll never be bored at CSI - Forensics camp and it's aimed at students who want and can handle a good challenge. Guest speakers, interactive activities and special presentations will complement the camp experience and students will be rewarded with a great opportunity to learn about career opportunities for when they grow up, all while having fun!
