Evangel Heights Assembly of God in Sarver, Pennsylvania (near Pittsburgh) is searching for a qualified, experienced person to fill the position of Administrator / Director to oversee their K-12 Christian Academy.
- School has been in existence for 23 years and presently has an enrollment of 235 students.
- Preliminary work has been completed for ACSI accreditation but needs leadership to take the school to the next level.
- There is opportunity for facility expansion on our 21 acre sight.
- Position available immediately.
- General responsibilities of the Administrator include;
- Serving as overall spiritual leader of the school
- Working closely with Senior Pastor of church to coordinate church/school relations
- Working with the school board to carry out the vision, mission, and purpose of the school
- Serving as the PR “face and voice of the school”
- Serving as the chief financial officer of the school
- Overseeing all school operations
- Training and development of faculty, staff
- Development of curriculum and oversight toward ACSI accreditation
