James Swezey, A.A., B.A, M.Ed, Ed.D.
Assistant Professor
James Swezey is an Assistant Professor in the School of Education and teaches in the master’s degree Christian School Program and the Christian Leadership doctoral program. Before coming to Regent he served for thirteen years as a classroom teacher and school administrator in Christian schools in California. He teaches classes on educational research, philosophy of education, biblical integration, apologetics, and curriculum and instruction. He recently published the article The Founding and Formation of ACSI: A Thirty Year Perspective. He has written on the history of Christian school associations and is currently conducting research on professional development and the quality of educational research. View Dr. Swezey's vita>>
